Project Manager
The Project Manager will have the responsibility for engineering projects, including integration projects where DualLink is integrated on a rig or platform, other company products are integrated into DualLink, or development of new DualLink products.
The role is a technical role, and the project manager will fill in between engineering disciplines ensuring that all the tasks necessary in such projects are covered.
Responsibilities include:

Work in line with the company QHSE Management System & Policies
-
Coordinate and manage integration and product engineering projects
-
Deliver on project requirements & specifications
-
Manage requirements and interfaces between disciplines
-
Coordinate third party interfaces and activities
-
Represent company towards customers and third parties, in project coordination meetings, general communication, clarifications, invoicing, etc.

Develop and maintain detailed plans for all phases in integration and engineering projects, including Requirement definition, Concept Development, Design, Engineering, Qualification & Testing, Prototyping, Documentation, Deployment & Testing of Products and Systems

Review of product designs and documentation

Create project specific documentation if needed

Perform rig surveys if needed

Ensuring that project complies to customer and company standards wrt. quality and documentation

Ensuring project remains on schedule / timeline o Improve procedures and processes within project management discipline

Purchasing and managing subcontractors o Internal reporting & reviews
-
Technical support to Sales and Operation
-
Other tasks as required
Qualifications:
-
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Control Systems or Mechanical Engineering

5 years or more relevant experience
-
Must have a good understanding of multi-discipline systems consisting of mechanical, electrical and software sub-systems, and be able to discuss technical details with internal and external project contributors and stakeholders

Organized
-
Self-driven
-
Excellent communication skills
You must have a valid work permit for employment in Norway.
