QHSE Manager
The QHSE Manager is leading and driving the continuous improvement efforts within
Quality and HSE. It is the responsibility of every employee to adhere to quality and
HSE requirements. However, the QHSE Manager is the main responsible for
ensuring that processes and systems enables and support this work, and together
with the rest of the management team build a quality and safety culture.
Responsibilities include:

Work in line with company QHSE Management System & Policies
-
Ensure that the company's operations meet customer and regulatory quality standards (IS 9001)
-
Ensure that the company comply to health, safety and environmental regulations (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
-
Ensure that the company comply to information security management standards (ISO 27001)
-
Ensure that the company's QHSE management system that is functional and efficient
-
Ensure that external qualification systems like Magnet JQS are updated
-
Coordinate audits and inspections from customers and regulatory bodies, ensuring full compliance at all times
-
Responsible for updating and improving the management system
-
Lead continuous improvement initiatives
-
Conduct internal audits and assessments of processes, operations and suppliers
-
Lead investigations and report when needed, both within quality and HSE incidents
-
Record and report incidents and non-conformity statistics and trend, recommend improvement programs based on findings
-
Ensure compliance with reporting requirements to regulatory bodies
-
Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations, initiate changes in systems and processes when needed
-
Promote a culture of safety, and perform training of personnel on all levels in QHSE systems and instructions
-
Participate in tenders and planning of operations
-
Monitor environmental performance, and report any incidents according to regulatory requirements

Develop and track KPIs related to quality and HSE
-
Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure that all suppliers and contractors meet the company’s quality and safety standards
-

Qualificationsā
-
Min. 2-5 years of experience within QHSE management or coordination
-
Proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality and safety programs in large-scale operations
-
Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and working in remote or offshore environments is a plus
-
Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards in the oil and gas industry
-
Excellent understanding of quality management principles and continuous improvement methods (Six Sigma, Lean)
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training, reporting, and working with teams

You must have a valid work permit for employment in Norway.
