Product Champion

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Champion for our DualLink service growth in the USA. The DualLink Product Champion is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of performance in all DualLink operations in North America.

This role serves as a key technical and operational liaison, managing pre-job planning, direct customer engagement, onsite job execution (onshore and offshore), monitoring and comprehensive post-job follow-up. The Product Champion plays a critical role in maintaining technical excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement throughout the deployment of DualLink technology and services.

Key Responsibilities:​

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication, including coordination with partners and drilling contractors

• Lead planning and execution of DualLink projects, working closely with internal teams, clients, and partners

• Act as a technical liaison with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain team in Norway

• Train engineers on operating procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices

• Oversee equipment preparation, testing, documentation, and mobilization

• Execute field operations at rig site, including interpretation and troubleshooting of data and power

• Provide daily updates and maintain close communication with support and management

• Monitor job performance, ensure detailed data collection and retention, and prepare end-of-well reports and performance summaries / presentations

• Deliver technical sales support, case studies, and customer technology presentations

• Provide performance feedback to HQ for continuous improvement of DualLink operations

• Promote and enforce best practices in operations, documentation, and quality standards

• Support management in identifying and managing operational specific QHSE risks, while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations
   

Qualifications & Skills:​

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in M/LWD, RSS or Real Time Ops Center

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Proven ability to work independently and in team environments

• Excellent communication skills & fluency in English: written, verbal, presentation

• Practical experience and ability to work in demanding, remote environments with mechanical and electrical tasks, occasionally carrying heavy equipment and tools

• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, working at the rig site and customer offices

• Authorization for employment in the USA
