Trevor Burgess Chairman of the Board | |
| Mr. Burgess has 30 years of experience at leading international energy service companies, most recently as Director of Global Business Units and Group Director of Marketing and Technology for Expro. Mr. Burgess worked for Baker Hughes in Houston for six years, holding various senior positions including Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Marketing and Technology, and President of Hughes Christensen. He spent the first 19 years of his career at Schlumberger. Mr. Burgess holds a doctorate in mathematics from Oxford University.Trevor Burgess joined the Lime Rock Partners team in 2009 as a Managing Director. |

Jostein Aleksandersen Director | |
| Jostein has an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from USA and a Dr.-Ing. in Petroleum Engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology. He has more than 25 years of experience from the Oil & Gas industry ranging from Engineering to Offshore Operations, and has held positions ranging from Project Engineer to CEO. Jostein joined Reelwell as Chairman in 2006, and is now the company’s CEO. |

Thomas Bates Director | |
| Mr. Bates haS 25 years of experience in energy management and operations. He served from 1998 through 2000 as President of the Discovery Group of Baker Hughes and was responsible for the integration of Western Atlas into Baker Hughes. Earlier, he served as President and CEO of Weatherford Enterra. Previously, Mr. Bates spent 15 years with Schlumberger in both domestic and international locations. Mr. Bates began his career with Shell Oil Company. Mr. Bates is a graduate of the University of Michigan (B.S.E., M.S.E., Ph.D.) with degrees in mechanical engineering. Thomas Bates joined Lime Rock as a Managing Director in 2001 and became a Senior Advisor in 2010. |

Jørgen Peter Rasmussen Director | |
| Mr. Rasmussen has more than years 30 experience from the oil and gas industry, including management and operations. He served as the CEO and President of Archer Limited from 2010 to 2012. From 2007 until 2010 he was Executive Chairman of Seawell limited (now Archer Limited). Prior to this, Mr. Rasmussen was with Schlumberger Limited for 25 years, holding various management positions across Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, Russia and the United States, among them President and CEO of Schlumberger Scandinavia. His experience range from Drilling, Wireline, E&P software, Well services, IT services, Management consulting, Business strategy, Sales management, Telecom hardware and services, Seismic services, Interpretation of Seismic, Data processing and Geological and Petrophysical consulting. He holds a MSc in Geology and Geophysics from the University of Aarhus, Denmark. |

Dr.John L. Thorogood Director | |
| John is an independent consultant after a 34-year career with BP in drilling operations, technology and exploration project management. In 2002-2003 he undertook research with the University of Aberdeen Department of Psychology and published work on drilling teams and decision making and human factors. He is the 2011 recipient of the Society of Petroleum Engineers International Drilling Engineering Award, a former technical director of the SPE and author of more that 40 technical papers and articles on drilling engineering. He has BA and PhD degrees in Engineering from the University of Cambridge. |
